Responsibilities Focus on high-level transactional matters with significant involvement in mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and other strategic corporate deals. Manage critical aspects of transactions, support clients through complex business decisions, and help drive deals from structuring through execution. Collaborate with senior leadership and engage in hands-on deal leadership and client engagement.
