Job Details Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Medical Surgical Floor Location: Bridgton, ME Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse license in Maine or a compact state. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Certifications: ACLS. Experience: minimum 1 year in acute care nursing. Preferred Qualifications: BLS, strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple patients effectively, knowledge of medications and IV therapy, proficiency with electronic medical records. Additional Information: No float rotation required. The unit cares for adult, geriatric, and occasional bariatric patients. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, demonstrating professionalism and teamwork in a demanding environment.
