Movex ERP Analyst

JOB SUMMARYIf your skills, experience, and qualifications match those in this job overview, do not delay your application.We are seeking a knowledgeable Movex ERP Analyst to support and maintain our legacy Movex ERP system. This role is responsible for ensuring system stability, troubleshooting issues, supporting business users, and assisting with ongoing operations within an older Movex environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Movex (M3) in a legacy setup and understands core ERP business processes. On-Site (Not hybrid or remote)Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day support for the legacy Movex ERP systemTroubleshoot and resolve system issues, errors, and user-reported problemsMaintain system performance and ensure data integritySupport business users across departments (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.)Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements where feasible within system constraintsAssist with data extraction, reporting, and ad hoc queriesWork with IT teams to manage integrations, interfaces, and system dependenciesDocument system configurations, processes, and known issuesSupport testing and validation for any system changes or patchesAssist with migration planning or coexistence strategies if transitioning to newer systemsWork EnvironmentOpportunity to support and enhance a highly customized ERP environment with deep business integrationInvolves contributing to a thoughtful balance of system stability while driving gradual modernization initiativesRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience supporting Movex ERP (Infor M3 legacy versions)Strong understanding of ERP processes (finance, inventory, procurement, manufacturing, etc.)Experience with Movex tools such as APIs, database queries, or related reporting toolsAbility to troubleshoot functional and technical issuesFamiliarity with IBM i (AS/400) environments is highly preferredStrong SQL skills or experience with data querying/reporting toolsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication skills and ability to support non-technical xhyhwjd usersKnowledge of integrations (EDI, APIs, middleware)Experience working in manufacturing or distribution environmentsBasic programming/scripting knowledge (e.g., RPG, Java, or similar)Prior experience in a legacy system support or modernization projectBenefitsMedical/Dental/Vision InsuranceGroup Life/AD&D InsuranceLong & Short Term DisabilityDependent Care Flexible SpendingVoluntary Accident/Critical Illness/Cancer CoveragePaid Time OffHolidays401k Plan & MatchEducational Assistance ProgramBereavement LeaveWork Location: In person
