Leasing Consultant (Contract Opportunity) Portland Metro Area | $24-$26/hr 1-2 Month Contract. We're partnering with a residential property management organization seeking a customer-focused Leasing Consultant to support leasing operations and provide an exceptional experience for prospective and current residents. What You’ll Do Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents Conduct property and unit tours, highlighting community features and amenities Respond to leads from online inquiries, walk-ins, phone calls, and email Guide prospective residents through the application and screening process Deliver excellent customer service and address resident inquiries Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, perform unit inspections, and maintain documentation Support day-to-day property operations and uphold community presentation standards What We’re Looking For At least 2 years of leasing, property management, or related customer-facing experience Strong customer service and communication skills Fair Housing training (proof of completion required) Valid driver's license Comfortable traveling between properties, driving as needed, and tracking mileage Organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Schedule $24-$26/hour Contract opportunity Day shift schedule The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
