Diploma or Equivalent + Prior related experience **Essential Functions** + Department competencyThe aide is competent in providing patient care as directed by the supervising therapist within the context of the clinical environment and training received.The aide's verbal/written communication is timely, complete and accurate, follows Sharp HealthCare guidelines.
