The Regional Account Manager, who will be based within 90 miles of the Dallas, Texas area, will hunt for new business, grow accounts, and solve real client challenges while building a strong career path within a high-growth company. The Regional Account Manager will focus on the following territory: Texas What You’ll Do Sell commercial air duct cleaning, ceiling and rafter cleaning, dry ice blasting, and facility cleaning services to industrial and manufacturing facilities Hunt for new business through outbound prospecting and networking Drive revenue through sales to new clients, renewals, and account expansion Build relationships with decision-makers in industrial and manufacturing facilities Identify client needs and position Hughes services as solutions Manage pipeline and activity in HubSpot Present proposals and close sales deals with urgency Collaborate with internal teams for execution Grow long-term client relationships What Success as a Regional Account Manager Looks Like Consistently exceeds sales quota Maintains strong pipeline Owns territory sales performance Creates urgency and drives decisions Solves problems, not just sells Requirements 2–4+ years of sales experience Previous experience selling industrial/environmental cleaning services or selling services to manufacturing and industrial facilities a plus Proven ability to close and hit targets Strong communication skills Competitive mindset Organized and disciplined CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience Compensation & Benefits $75,000-$80,000 salary + uncapped commission Medical, dental, vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Life and supplemental insurance (accident, critical illness, short-term disability, and voluntary life) Employee Assistance Program #J-18808-Ljbffr Kids for the Future
