Position Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
Location: Ferndale, WA
Pay: $19.00/HR Day Shift | $22.00/HR Night Shift
Operate production equipment according to standard operating procedures to meet daily production targets.
Perform routine inspections of product appearance and dimensions.
Identify and separate defective products to maintain quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in accordance with 5S standards.
Complete production reports and accurately document production activities.
Promptly report equipment abnormalities, production issues, or material shortages.
Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Support team production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
