Lead BIM Specialist — Design & Build AEC Projects

The LiRo Group in New York City is seeking an experienced BIM Specialist to manage and coordinate BIM efforts for a design-build project under the NYC Department of Design & Construction. You will lead BIM training, ensure model quality, and support project teams from design through handover. Candidates should have 8+ years of BIM/3D modeling experience with Autodesk software and strong collaboration skills to drive project efficiencies.
