Your role will involve:
- Providing direct inpatient care to patients requiring physical therapy.
- Overseeing care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, developing personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
- Establishing meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
- Celebrating every achievement along the way.
- Current state license as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR certification.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited physical therapy program is required; additional training with a Master’s or Doctorate in physical therapy or a management area is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy is required.
- Active participation in the Therapy Clinical ladder (when eligible) or possession of a specialty professional certification is preferred.
