Here’s what you’ll be doing: Responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff as needed Assist with filing of paperwork and documents per request of the Office Manager Verifying the accuracy of documents Preparing and mailing accounts payable checks Other accounting duties as assigned Provide backup to other staff as necessary and as assigned by the direct supervisor Here’s what you’ll need: 1 year of experience in a dealership position is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products highly preferred Willingness and desire to learn Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S High School Diploma or equivalent, higher education preferred We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (( We Hear You )) You're in for a great ride (excuse the car metaphor) We're not your standard dealership or group of dealerships and we're pretty darn proud of that.
