Staff must be available to work all shifts available.Scheduling: Government provides schedules 2 months in advanceContract Length: 1 year preferred (with extension option)Credentialing Timeline: Estimated 45–60 daysMission Essential: Required to report during inclement weather, natural disasters, or emergenciesRESPONSIBILITIESProvide emergency nursing care to patients in CRDAMC's Emergency DepartmentEnsure patient safety and continuity of care during all assigned shiftsAdhere to federal, hospital, and ER-specific protocols for emergency care deliveryAccurately sign in/out using Government timekeeping systemsRemain on duty until relieved by a qualified replacementParticipate in required shift reports, morning/evening huddles, rounds, and team meetingsQUALIFICATIONSActive, unrestricted RN license (any U.S. state or territory accepted)Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a registered nurse with at least 2 years of experience within the last three years in an intensive care unit with four or more beds as a registered nurse.Must have at least 6+ months of experience in Level III Trauma Center or above.U.S. Citizenship (required for Department of Defense system access)Active Certifications: BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC (Within 6 months of employment)Strong critical thinking and emergency triage skillsMust meet immunization, background, and health requirements per federal contract standardsABOUT CENTRAL CARE INC.Central Care Incorporated is a leading SBA certified, woman-owned small business dedicated to providing exceptional medical professionals to support the needs of military and civilian healthcare facilities.Central Care Incorporated is an equal opportunity employer.
