Job Summary We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team for the 11p-7a overnight shift. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan, assisting in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units, and creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life. Responsibilities Assist in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan. Coordinate and supervise all services on assigned units to achieve a comfortable and homelike atmosphere for residents. Round on units during your shift, checking in with staff, residents, and greeting new admissions. Assist in creating a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life. Provide support and direction for nurses. Requirements Professional nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN). Days Every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 11pm-7am shift.
