Surgical Dental Assistant

Job Description At Smile Now Reno , we’re not just a dental office — we’re a place where lives are transformed every single day. We specialize in same-day, full-arch dental implants using cutting-edge technology and advanced techniques in a comfortable setting with sedation. Patients walk in with broken or missing teeth and leave with a brand-new smile. It’s fast-paced, exciting, and deeply rewarding — and we want YOU to be part of it! What You’ll Do Assist our surgical team chairside during life-changing implant surgeries Prepare surgical rooms, instruments, and technology for same-day full-arch treatments Provide patients with comfort and support before, during, and after procedures Take and process CBCT scans, digital x-rays, and intraoral photos Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols Manage and track surgical supplies and inventory Collaborate with a passionate team that truly loves what they do What We’re Looking For 2+ years of dental assisting experience required (surgical/implant strongly preferred) Radiology certification required Experience with surgical instrumentation and sterile technique Familiarity with Open Dental is a plus Positive, dependable, and a true team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Passionate about patient care and ready to make a difference Why Join Smile Now Reno?
