Our Compensation team designs and administers competitive, equitable, and market‑aligned pay programs that promote engagement, retention, and organizational goals. About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to design, analyze, and financially manage compensation and incentive programs across the organization. The role blends compensation expertise with strong analytical and financial modeling skills to support annual cycles and ongoing business needs. Responsibilities Support the design, administration, and ongoing evaluation of base salary and incentive compensation programs. Develop and maintain financial models to assist with annual bonus planning, including payout projections under multiple performance scenarios. Partner with Finance on compensation‑related forecasting, budgeting, and bonus accruals. Analyze compensation outcomes to assess alignment with performance, market positioning, and cost expectations. Provide analytical support for offers, promotions, and retention decisions, including cost and competitiveness assessments. Participate in market pricing and survey analysis to inform pay decisions and program design. Prepare clear, data‑driven materials to support decision‑making by senior leaders. Analyze and model compensation costs and program outcomes to inform business decisions. Ensure compensation programs and decisions adhere to governance standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field. 4–7+ years of direct experience in compensation or total rewards, with hands‑on involvement in compensation cycles (merit, bonus, or incentive programs). Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including experience with projections and scenario analysis. Advanced Excel capabilities and comfort working with complex datasets. Ability to partner effectively across Compensation, HR, and Finance functions. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial and compensation concepts clearly. Preferred Qualifications Background in Finance, FP&A, or experience working within a financial institution or a highly financialized environment.
