Locums Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician in Newburgh, Indiana - CABG Focus, PA Support

Cover a short block of 24 hour cardiothoracic surgery call with a CABG-focused scope and three Physician Assistants supporting inpatient and operative workflow.

Practice & Cases

• Inpatient cardiothoracic surgery and CV ICU coverage
• Primarily CABG cases
• Rounding and consult volume varies with caseload
• Physician Assistant support includes rounding, clinical assistance, and first assist

Schedule

• 24 hour call shifts
• Multi-day consecutive coverage block
• Call coverage continues through the final morning of the assignment

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Must be Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Active Indiana medical license required
• ACLS required
