Corporate Action Analyst

Our client, a well known and established Investment Bank, is looking to add a Corporate Actions Associate to their Operations Team! Responsibilities of this position include processing all income-related corporate action events (dividends, interest, reinvestments, etc.), processing proxy statements, and gathering dividend & interest-related data from DTCC. The ideal candidate will come with at least five years' experience in income-related corporate actions processing, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Excel FIS (formerly SunGard) Phase 3 is preferred. Experience using XSP is a plus. Responsibilities Include Process all income-related corporate action events including dividends, interest, and spinoffs. Support the processing of proxy statements Gather dividend & interest-related data from DTCC Requirements At least five years' experience in processing voluntary and mandatory corporate actions for a bank or broker dealer Strong analytical, communication, and follow-up skills Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and DTC is required, FIS (formerly SunGard) Phase 3 preferred, XSP a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mission Staffing
