Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Golden Valley Charter Schools is seeking a collaborative and student-centered Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our school community in a part-time capacity. This role is an opportunity to make a direct and meaningful impact by helping students overcome behavioral barriers to learning while supporting teachers and staff with effective, research-based strategies. As a Waldorf-inspired charter school, we value a whole-child approach, and we are looking for a BCBA who can balance data-driven practices with relationship-centered support. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide consultation and coaching to teachers and instructional staff Support IEP and 504 teams with behavior goals and interventions Analyze behavioral data and adjust strategies to support student success Collaborate with families and outside service providers Provide training and guidance on positive behavior supports and strategies Maintain accurate and confidential documentation Support compliance with state and federal special education regulations Skills & Qualifications: Active BCBA certification (required) Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school setting Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions Excellent collaboration and communication skills Ability to work independently in a flexible, part-time role Commitment to supporting diverse learners and inclusive practices Why Join Golden Valley Charter Schools?
