This position works collaboratively with members of the nursing team to provide direct care to residents based on the established plan of care. RAs are responsible for: providing residents with personal care (including bathing, transfers, dressing, feeding, toileting, vital signs, etc.) reporting changes in resident condition, promoting resident independence by fostering self-help skills, keeping the resident areas safe and orderly, RAs are responsible for medication passing.
