Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid Position Location: Central / Southeast Cleveland, OH Company: Little Acorn ABA Company Description: We're here to nurture the mighty oak that's hidden inside your little acorn Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our hybrid team at Little Acorn ABA. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavioral analysis and treatment to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to their growth and development. What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate: $55 - $80 per hour / Annual Salary: $60,000 - $100,000/year (depending on experience and qualifications) Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and dynamic work environment Flexible scheduling options to accommodate part-time and full-time work arrangements Responsibilities: Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities Design and implement individualized behavioral interventions to address a range of challenging behaviors Provide one-on-one direct therapy and facilitate group therapy sessions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA Requirements: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligibility for certification Minimum of 0 years of experience (Entry-level candidates welcome!)
