Title
Speech-Language Pathologist - Outpatient

Schedule
4-day option:
- Mon/Wed 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Tue/Thu 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
5-day option:
- Mon/Wed 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Tue/Thu 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Fri 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Clinical experience with adult outpatient SLP, neurological speech disorders, dysphagia, voice, and cognition
- BLS certification
- Valid state license

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat adults with neurological speech disorders
- Manage dysphagia assessment and treatment
- Provide therapy for voice and cognitive disorders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document patient progress using the electronic medical record system

Compliance / Notes
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- Drug screen required within 14 days of start
- References are required; second reference may be accepted pending approval
