Weekend RN Supervisor - Lead with Compassion and Excellence! Seeking an experienced RN Supervisor with at least 1 year of skilled nursing experience as a charge nurse or nurse manager. Responsibilities include leading and supporting the nursing team to ensure high-quality resident care, partnering with residents and families to resolve concerns, coordinating hospital transfers, performing comprehensive assessments for new admissions, overseeing wound care treatments, and following up on weekend admission orders for continuity of care. Must hold an active Texas RN license or from a Compact Party State. Compensation ranges from $31.00 to $35.00/hr DOE, with a $2.00 shift differential for evening hours, working weekends with flexible shifts of 12-16 hours.
