As a Security Officer Full Time Access Management in Hollywood, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a residential location, you will help create a welcoming, secure environment by monitoring entry points, verifying access, and communicating professionally with residents, visitors, and vendors. You will remain visible, support security-related procedures, and help deter incidents through attentive observation and customer-focused service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.75 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 06:00 AM - 04:00 PM Thur 07:30 AM - 07:00 PM Fri 12:00 PM - 08:30 PM Sun 09:00 AM - 07:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, property policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts. Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and/or property management. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred. Have customer service experience, preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
