Our organization is in search of a Concierge Primary Care Physician dedicated to delivering exceptional care to both children and adults. We are looking for a Primary Care Physician to offer concierge-level primary and preventive services at a cutting-edge health center located in Hudson Yards, as well as at other upcoming sites.

The practice is situated at 2875 Broadway , at the intersection of 112th Street and Broadway in Morningside Heights. This area in Upper Manhattan is bordered by Morningside Park to the east, 125th Street to the north, 110th Street to the south, and Riverside Park to the west. Our organization is currently seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join its Faculty Practice at our facility in Union Square. The Doctors-NoHo location is conveniently designed and offers a comprehensive range of primary care and internal medicine services, along with specialties in allergy, dermatology, gynecology, orthopedics, and sports medicine.

147th Street: This site features an established primary care practice with easy subway access. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various PCPs, specialists, and administrative staff to ensure outstanding patient care, quality outcomes, and high satisfaction levels. Doctors - East 85th Street is a multispecialty medical practice located in the Yorkville neighborhood of Manhattan's Upper East Side. Our team works in a highly collaborative environment to provide quality care to patients of all ages, including primary care for children and adults, prenatal care, and various other specialties.

Our organization is also looking for a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join the practice at the Behavioral Health Center. This state-of-the-art facility is community-oriented, offering integrated services for mental health, substance abuse, physical health, and social services tailored to the Lower East Side community. West 14th Street in the West Village hosts an established primary care practice with excellent access to the vibrant offerings of the area, including shopping, nightlife, and dining. This integrated primary care practice will serve both the facility's patients and the local community.

The Union Health Center (UHC) is an innovative primary and multi-specialty center dedicated to providing well-coordinated and accessible healthcare. UHC has been serving New Yorkers for over a century, originally founded by the International Ladies' Garment Workers' Union (ILGWU) and the Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America (ACWA). Ansonia Building: Join us in a new approach to primary care that prioritizes both patient and provider experiences, optimizing care delivery. The Mount Sinai West Primary Care FPA is located in the historic Ansonia building at 73rd and Broadway, featuring a beautifully renovated clinical space that emphasizes natural light and tranquility.

Columbus Avenue: Known as Ninth Avenue between West 59th and 110th Streets, this thoroughfare on Manhattan's West Side is nestled between Riverside and Central Park, characterized by tree-lined streets and brownstones. It is recognized as one of New York City's family-friendly neighborhoods, appealing to both young professionals and seniors. Stuyvesant Town , affectionately known as StuyTown, is a large private residential community on Manhattan's east side, comprising 110 buildings and 11,250 apartments, creating a small-town atmosphere.

Doctors Five Towns is a multispecialty group practice located in Hewlett on Long Island's South Shore, offering adult primary care and a variety of specialties, including endocrinology, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, adolescent medicine, and pulmonary medicine.

Position Description:

• Deliver medical care in a high-functioning outpatient setting.

• Engage in a university-affiliated, community-based practice.

• Collaborate with colleagues in a multi-specialty practice as part of a world-class health system.

• Compensation ranges from $210K to $275K (excluding bonuses, incentive compensation, or benefits).

Position Qualifications:

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution.

• Valid New York Medical License.

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
