Phlebotomist

Job Summary Under the general supervision of the Phlebotomy Supervisor, you will perform a variety of functions related to specimen collection, specimen processing, data entry, receiving and logging phone orders, retrieving lab results for physicians or their representatives, controlling and managing confidential information and documents, and sorting and filing reports. Specimen collection for blood samples will be restricted to venous or capillary access. Shift Details Full-time, 36 hours weekly, Variable Shift Required Qualifications H.S. Diploma or GED from an accredited educational institution. Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification, OR Washington Medical Assistant Certification. 1 year of customer service experience. Preferred Qualifications Completion of a formal Phlebotomy Training Program. Healthcare experience. Compensation and Benefits Hiring Bonus: $4,000 for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment. Pay Range: $20.93 - $32.07 per hour . Additional compensation may be available for this role, including shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
