Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager oversees nursing operations within a designated unit, ensuring quality care and staff supervision. Responsibilities Handle supervisory duties, establish and implement policies and procedures Mentor less experienced nurses, providing clinical and career guidance Maintain care standards, review resident records, and monitor individual cases Address resident and family questions or complaints Represent the unit to upper management Qualifications & Skills Valid State RN License 3 years Long Term Care experience preferred 2 years Charge Nurse experience preferred Strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
