Schedule: Full-time shift assignment with every other weekend requirement; standard unit-based scheduling

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Michigan
• BLS (American Heart Association) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of acute rehabilitation experience required
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills for patients with unstable medical conditions
• Effective communication skills utilizing SBAR and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Commitment to professional accountability and adherence to attendance policies
