We are a well-established, family-owned real estate development and management company with deep roots in Mercer County and the greater Northeast. Our diversified portfolio includes Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Car Wash, Hospitality, and other operating entities. We focus on developing, managing, and growing a long-term portfolio of assets.
We are seeking an experienced Controller with a strong background in construction, real estate development, or related industries. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented financial professional who can manage day-to-day accounting operations while supporting the company's continued growth. This role offers a path to increased responsibility and leadership within the organization.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of accounting or financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role.
- CPA designation preferred; public accounting background a plus.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to manage both strategic planning and day-to-day operations.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.
