Candidates must be able to leverage data to inform decisions, synthesize and clearly communicate insights, and apply a customer-first mindset with ownership, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning to deliver impactful results.This role requires a dedicated, committed, and passionate individual who can:Create and summarize large datasets in structured and unstructured data.Collect and analyze data / develop insights and reporting capabilities to empower organizational leaders to make value-based prioritization decisions.Create solutions leveraging deep statistical analysis to drive thought leadership across the Digital Transformation organizationWork across diverse skilled teams to find success for Fidelity and our customers.Have a natural intellectual curiosity, initiative, and love for learning new skills and capabilities.The Expertise and Skills You BringBachelor’s degree required, Advanced Degree a plus.4 plus years of experience generating analytical insights to drive business actions.Experience with a range of analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc.Experience in designing and developing dashboards and reports by using Tableau or Power BI.Experience using and querying big data technologies such as Snowflake, Athena, etc.Experience with Digital and Live Interaction data a plus. Experience leveraging AI, Generative AI, and automation tools to improve efficiency across insight generation process is a plus.The TeamWe are looking for analytics professional to be a creative and collaborative team member, helping develop and lead data and hypothesis driven initiatives. As an indispensable member of Advanced Analytics & Customer Insights, you'll be embedded in Fidelity’s Brokerage business unit and will work with an agile inter-disciplinary team with a diverse set of skills across analytics, engineering, data science, marketing, product development etc., to optimize and personalize the Fidelity experience.Fidelity’s Onsite Working ModelFidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
