Job Description

We are seeking a General Maintenance Worker to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to repair, maintain and remodel Military Family Housing units.

Responsibilities:

Repair minor defects in houses, homes, apartments and buildings
Complete all routine maintenance requirements in vacant units between residents
Accomplish all aspects of kitchen and bathroom remodels
Maintain a clean and a safe work space
Perform all other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

3 years previous experience in maintenance or other related service fields
Experience related to carpentry, electrical, plumbing and finishes
Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
Own personal hand tools - bench and specialty tools provided by the company
Ability to handle physical workload
Must have current Drivers license without federal limits
Must have current auto insurance and registration.
