Responsibilities Oversee and complete substructure repairs such as floor joists, beams, subfloors, and sills Perform home services to include, but not limited to, attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulation, insulation, vapor barrier to keep moisture out, and French drains Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment Communicate with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction Serve as a problem solver to meet all of your customers’ needs Complete all required service-related documentation Benefits Pay of USD $18.00 to $22.00 hourly Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, maternity, & life insurance 401(k) plan with company match, employee stock purchase plan Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave Employee discounts, tuition reimbursement, dependent scholarship awards Industry leading, quality, comprehensive training program Qualifications No experience required High school diploma or equivalent required We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations: Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
