Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments

• Monitor resident conditions and vital signs

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Lead, mentor, and support CNA staff

• Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary care teams

• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and well-being

• Contribute to individualized care planning

   

What We Offer:

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RNs $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Part-Time RNs

• $2.00/hour Shift Differential for PM and NOC shifts

Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) License
