Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide patient-focused therapy services within a clinical setting. The therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.

  Administer therapeutic interventions to restore motor functions and manage pain.

  Document patient progress and adjust treatment protocols accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.

  Ensure compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and safety standards.

  Educate patients and families on exercises and therapeutic techniques.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active and valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate experience in setting up and managing patient treatments.
  
  
• 
  Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  Be proficient in documenting clinical assessments and progress notes.
  
  
• 
  Have a minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience.
