Position Title: LA ECM Site Manager

The LA ECM Site Manager plays a vital role in providing strategic leadership and daily oversight of the Enhanced Care Management Program within a designated office location. This position is essential for delivering integrated, person-centered care for high-need, high-risk Medi-Cal beneficiaries. The manager will direct Lead Care Managers, uphold internal policies, and make data-driven operational decisions while ensuring compliance with regulations. Fostering partnerships with health plans and community organizations is crucial for success in this role. The environment is dynamic, requiring effective communication and strong managerial skills to maintain team accountability and morale. This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the organization's mission and culture.

Salary Range: $76,000 - $105,000 / Year DOE

LA ECM Site Manager Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Enhanced Care Management Program
Direct and support Lead Care Managers in delivering quality care
Make data-driven decisions to enhance operational effectiveness
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Foster strong partnerships with health plans and community organizations
Conduct interviews, performance reviews, and manage disciplinary actions
Facilitate training and team meetings across various site locations
Maintain accountability within the team through analytical evaluation

LA ECM Site Manager Requirements:

5-7+ years of progressive experience in a healthcare setting
Management or supervisory experience is required
Experience with interviewing, hiring, and conducting performance reviews
Bachelor's degree is mandatory
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technology
Ability to travel for training and oversight, including quarterly meetings
Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
