Join us and help run what runs the world.Warehouse SupervisorThis position reports to: Warehouse SupervisorMaterial Handler:This position reports to: Warehouse/Internal Logistics SupervisorYour role and responsibilities:In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct all activities related to the handling of parts and semi-finished or final products in the warehouse or to/from the production line. Each day, you will be responsible for sorting and arranging material for storage as per guidelines. You will also showcase your expertise by performing other routine activities according to established procedures.The work model for the role is: On-siteThis role is contributing to the ELSP Smart Power in Mebane, NC.You will be mainly accountable for:Sorting and arranging material for storage as per guidelines.Executing routine activities according to established procedures.Picking components from stock for dispatch and final packing on pallets.Transporting boxes, and being responsible for various other collection, storage, and warehouse activities.Qualifications for the role:High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 1 year working in a manufacturing environment preferredExperience operating industrial vehicles such as forklift and electronic dolly's preferred (training provided).Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as neededAbility to lift, push and pull up to 40lbsCandidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.What's in it for you?We want you to bring your full self to work—your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
