Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Join a traveling Physical Therapist opportunity in Cathedral City, CA where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. The physical therapist implements patient rehabilitation programs to help improve patient mobility, function, and strength. Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience evaluating and treating patients in an outpatient setting preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records required to complete evaluations, reports, and discharge summaries.
• Experience supervising PT Assistants and Aides preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in outpatient private practice preferred.
• Familiarity with post-operative rehabilitation and musculoskeletal conditions preferred.

Assignment Details

• Flexible shift scheduling.
• Shift pattern: 4x10.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide direct patient care in an outpatient environment supporting recovery, mobility, and functional goals. Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care. Supervise PT Assistants and Aides and document care using the Electronic Medical Record.
