Base pay range: $40.00/hr - $40.00/hr. Job Summary Registered nurses (or RNs) work closely with supervising physicians to assess and monitor patients’ needs. They ensure that treatment and care are conducted according to the procedures of the facility and administer medications and perform other related tasks. Compensation & Benefits Pay starting at $40/hr (compensation varies by shift type, day of week, and complexity of care). Employment is PRN. Competitive pay. Registered Nurse Responsibilities Assess clients’ condition during every visit and track any observations. Take and record measurements of vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc. Administer medication as prescribed by the client’s physician. Dress or redress open wounds and assess progress of healing. Continuously educate clients, their families, and other caretakers on proper home health care strategies and procedures. Provide palliative care as needed to keep the client comfortable. Make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the client’s quality of life. Listen to clients and be prepared to respond to concerns or requests. Registered Nurse Requirements Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Current RN license in GA. Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification. Access to reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and with directions. Compassionate and friendly demeanor. Valid driver’s license. Alternative PRN Nurse Opportunity Private Home Care seeking PRN Nurses for 12‑hour shifts. We offer one‑on‑one in‑home care in various healthcare settings. Experience working with elderly, hospice and dementia patients is preferred. Must have current CPR card, LPN license, annual PPD/TB test. Various shifts/hours available in Metro Atlanta. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to work assignments. Competitive pay with shift differentials. No minimum hours required.
