Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Rehab

Role Overview Provides comprehensive nursing care in a hospital setting, including developing care plans, administering treatments, and supporting patients and families physically, emotionally, and psychologically. Key Responsibilities Review physician prescriptions and communicate care plans to the healthcare team. Develop and evaluate nursing care plans based on patient assessments and histories. Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment adhering to infection control and safety protocols. Document patient care accurately and maintain proper supplies and equipment. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practice state. Effective communication skills and visual acuity to perform duties. Preferred 1-3 years of clinical experience.
