Direct Hire SkillsetGroup is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in the city of Grand Prairie or Fort Worth, TX area . The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and experience in upselling products or services. This will be a 1st Shift position and a Direct Hire opportunity. Location: can be in Grand Prairie or Fort Worth, TX location DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNTIY 3 years’ experience as a Customer Service Rep. in the security systems, overhead doors, access control gates, or door operator industry. This individual could have done outside sales of security systems and looking to get into the office. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service and technical support. Upsell products or services to meet customer needs. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions. Familiarity with an ERP system, computer literate, and MS office products.
