Now Hiring: Home Care Professionals (CNA/HCA Registered)
Location: California | Schedule: Flexible Shifts Available
We’re seeking dedicated caregivers who bring both heart and critical thinking to their work. The ideal candidate is:
- ✅ Self-reliant and able to make sound decisions in dynamic care environments
- Creative in solving challenges while staying fully compliant with Home Care Organization policies, HIPAA regulations, and safety standards
- A team player who thrives in collaborative settings and communicates with empathy and professionalism
- Familiar with documentation, privacy protocols, and maintaining dignity in all client interactions
Requirements:
- Active CNA certification and HCA registration in California
- Experience in home care or related healthcare settings
- Strong understanding of home care policies and client-centered care practices
