Communications Specialist

Payrate: $33.78 – $33.78/hr Summary: As a Certified Dealer Instructor (CDI) Process Specialist, you will support the administration and continuous improvement of dealer training programs. This role enables Certified Dealer Instructors to efficiently schedule classes, enroll students, and manage course completion through the learning management system, helping dealers build the skills needed to better support customers and optimize equipment performance. You will also contribute to the development of professional learning resources and instructor development programs that enhance the quality and consistency of dealer-delivered training. Success in this role requires strong collaboration, customer focus, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting adult learning and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Manage inquiries that come in through a centralized tool Complete training requests in the learning management system (e.g., creating scheduled offerings, closing offerings, assisting with enrollment) Assist in the creation of communications (PPT, video, bulletins, etc.) Support in creating marketing materials to promote training opportunities Support continuous improvement and maintain optimization tools & resources Present information to dealers in small groups Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Execute day‑to‑day dealer programs Assist with process enhancement projects to revolutionize programs Lead professional development for an adult educational environment Requirements Detail oriented Cooperates and collaborates well in a team environment Prioritizes own workflow and ensures work is completed to required standards of productivity Strong organization and verbal/written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 1–3 years of administrative or accountant support experience Ability to coordinate multiple projects Responsive to quick turnarounds Self‑driven and willingness to learn Customer service skills Experience with Learning Management Systems or other relational databases Adult educational background Professional development experience Experience working with dealerships Highly preferred: a degree (Education, Ag Education, Ag Business, etc.) Pay Transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $33.78 – $33.78/hour. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
