Total Rewards Package Competitive Compensation – The target compensation for this position is $62,704 annually, based on an hourly rate of $24.61, plus overtime for a 46‑hour workweek. Responsibilities As a Management Training (MT) candidate, you will learn our business from day one while based in one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. You will also engage with the community and establish essential relationships. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. At least one year of experience in one of the following: Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry. Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations. Minimum age 18 years. Ability to operate a motor vehicle; valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license required. New Jersey DMV Requirements: First‑time drivers and under 21 must complete the GDL program. Residency: must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than one hour to the location(s) applied for within 30 days of anticipated start date. Authorized to work in the United States; no need for sponsorship. Will be available to work an average of 46 hours per week (excluding religious obligations).
