Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain scrapers and other heavy equipment efficiently and safely.
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to create a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scraper Operator or similar role in the construction industry.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment with precision and accuracy.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
