Must have basic math and computer skillsReads and interprets blueprints. Verifies specified dimensions and/or specifications of product or material using calipers, micrometers and height gauges. Runs special tests including hydrostat, pneumatic, and hardness. Completes first run sample checks. Completes round checks on parts. Rejects and identifies non-conforming products or materials. Records results of inspections electronically. Receives and processes RMAs. Inspects parts at receiving areas.The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
