Tax Accountant
CPA Corporation
A full-service tax and accounting firm headquartered in Roseville, CA is seeking a tax accountant to serve small to medium sized businesses and nonprofit organizations in a wide range of industries and in all areas of the social sector. We offer an opportunity for growth and work/life balance. The Tax Accountant will be responsible for preparing tax returns, researching and analyzing tax issues, and developing tax planning strategies for individuals and businesses. The Tax Accountant will also work closely with clients and other internal teams to provide tax and accounting advice and support. Qualifications CPA certification or EA license At least five years’ experience preparing individual, fiduciary, and business income tax returns Knowledge of tax laws and regulations Experience preparing federal, state, and local tax returns Experience with tax planning and research Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work well independently and in a team environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks (online and desktop), and UltraTaxCS preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr CPA Corporation
