Associate, Loan Platforms Account Services

About the Role The ClearPar Loan Operations division seeks a professional with excellent interpersonal communication, organization, and time‑management skills located in the United States to join our global Loan Platforms Account Services Team. The Team ClearPar provides par and distressed loan closing and record‑keeping services for the syndicated loan market. The Loan Platforms Account Services team is responsible for all account setup across multiple platforms and for supporting all users of our systems. Responsibilities and Impact Impact The successful candidate will maintain the day‑to‑day operations of our Syndicated Loan Market offering and support questions and requests from internal and external clients. Responsibilities Support clients and the business with operational duties and all account maintenance functions to ensure data integrity, including reviewing onboarding documentation, creating and maintaining entity identifiers, user and trade accounts across multiple platforms, assisting clients on self‑service functions, and staying informed on various platform integrations. Provide onboarding support for new clients, their team members, and accounts to ensure a smooth, quality‑controlled onboarding process across multiple products. Strictly adhere to internal procedures, processing deadlines, quality‑controlled operational processes, and LSTA/LMA standards for processing and closing primary and secondary par loan transactions and/or trades. Proactively identify internal and external account and system‑related issues and work seamlessly with internal partners and management on resolution plans or additional escalations. Capture and channel user feedback through proper communication and listening skills. Partner with leaders, peers, product associates, sales, and relationship managers on required projects to serve our clients and facilitate continuous product improvement. Crostrain with neighboring divisions of the firm to provide an agile workforce capable of handling issues and engaging with joint clients. Compensation and Benefits The anticipated base salary range for this position is $47,000 to $60,000, based on geographic location and experience.
