Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients, assessing the intensity and duration of mood disorder symptoms to establish a baseline for treatment. \n
- Collaborate closely with clients to create personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing their individual goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs. \n
- Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective interventions. \n
- Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to encourage active participation in their healing process. \n
- Monitor client progress through regular assessment and track treatment effectiveness, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. \n
- Work in a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to client care. \n
- Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continually enhance personal practice and client outcomes. \n
- Maintain client confidentiality and accurate records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation is thorough and up-to-date. \n
- Engage in team meetings and case consultations, contributing insights and sharing effective practices with peers. \n

This role primarily involves working with clients experiencing mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and related conditions. - A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential. \n
