Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room (ER) team. As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will apply your clinical knowledge and skills to provide exceptional care and management of patients in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

• Start Time: 0700
• Schedule: 3 shifts of 12 hours per week
• Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend

Role Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments and supporting the management of varying patient needs.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Potentially floating within the same discipline across local campus facilities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Current RN license in Iowa.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Emergency Room setting.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

• Madison, IA - Level 3 Trauma Center
• Sioux City, IA - Level 3 Trauma Center
• Bettendorf, IA - Level 3 Trauma Center
• Fort Dodge, IA - Level 3 Trauma Center
• Moline, IL - Level 2 Trauma Center
• Muscatine, IA - Level 4 Trauma Center
• Rock Island, IL - Level 1 Trauma Center

Additional Information

This role may require you to work 1-2 summer holidays, specifically Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
