MRI Technologist | Full Time
Concord, NC, USA

We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join a high-volume imaging department within a Level III Trauma Center. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced MRI technology while providing exceptional patient care in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Night Shift
• Friday – Sunday
• 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• 36 Hours Per Week

Compensation & Incentives

• Pay Range: $34.90 – $43.63/hour
• Weekend Program Differential: Additional $8.00/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures in accordance with departmental protocols and quality standards
• Verify imaging orders and review patient medical history prior to examinations
• Prepare and position patients while ensuring comfort and safety throughout procedures
• Administer IV contrast according to established protocols
• Evaluate image quality and perform post-processing as needed
• Assist physicians during invasive procedures and maintain sterile technique
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to medical emergencies
• Maintain MRI safety standards for patients, staff, and visitors
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment and related imaging systems
• Document procedures and patient information accurately within the EMR

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine Technology program
• ARRT (R)(MR) Certification Required
• BLS Certification (AHA or ARC) Required
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on MRI experience preferred
• Experience with Siemens 3T and GE 1.5T MRI systems preferred
• Experience working in a high-volume hospital environment preferred
• Knowledge of EPIC EMR preferred
