Physical Therapist / Outpatient Rehabilitation

Northern New Hampshire, near Littleton

Full-Time | Outpatient | Up to $10K Sign-On

A community-based healthcare organization in Northern New Hampshire is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its outpatient rehabilitation team. This is a permanent opportunity offering a diverse outpatient caseload, individualized patient care, a supportive therapy team, and up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Education loan repayment assistance is also available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy plans of care
• Treat patients recovering from injury, illness, surgery, and other functional limitations
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Educate patients and families regarding exercises, mobility, safety, and recovery
• Collaborate with physicians, PTAs, nursing staff, and other members of the care team
• Supervise and coordinate care with Physical Therapist Assistants and students as appropriate
• Support discharge planning and long-term functional goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

The outpatient program treats patients across the lifespan and provides care for a broad range of orthopedic, neurological, balance, and rehabilitation needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or higher
• Current New Hampshire Physical Therapist license
• Vermont PT licensure or eligibility as required by the position
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and patient-care skills

Experience in orthopedics, geriatrics, or pediatrics is preferred but not listed as a requirement.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Outpatient setting
• Schedule flexibility may include 8 or 10-hour shifts
