- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the agent with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently, self-starter.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
